Privacy notice
Valterra Construction, represented by Eliecer Valdés, uses contact information and project details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate requested services.
Enquiry access and storage
Within Valterra, only Eliecer Valdés has access to enquiries. Enquiries are kept only in WhatsApp and email. This describes enquiry handling, not access to website analytics or hosting systems.
Retention
- Ordinary enquiries: 30 days from the last communication. This may be extended by up to seven additional days only when needed to finish responding or arrange an agreed follow-up. The maximum for an ordinary enquiry is 37 days from the last communication.
- Agreed follow-ups: retained until completed or cancelled, then reviewed for deletion or transfer to client records.
- Client records: retained for at least one financial year. No maximum retention period has been established.
These periods concern Valterra’s enquiries and client records. They do not determine retention periods for analytics data or service providers.
Website analytics
The website includes Google Analytics 4 and is configured to load and initialise it when pages open. It also includes code to send events when a WhatsApp, telephone, or email link is clicked, together with the contact method, a link label, and the page language.
These events represent contact-link clicks; they do not confirm that an enquiry was sent or communication took place.
